The country’s at-pump diesel price average dipped for the fourth consecutive week, falling 2.1 cents during the week ending Nov. 12, according to the Department of Energy’s weekly report.

The decrease brings the U.S.’ average price for a gallon of on-highway diesel to $3.317. Prices fell in all regions across the country, with the biggest decrease being seen in California, where prices dropped by 2.8 cents.

Despite the decrease, California is still home to the nation’s most expensive fuel at $4.04 per gallon, followed by the West Coast less California region at $3.514 per gallon.
